Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at Samantha@harrowfarms.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

We raise our cows in a regenerative rotational grazing operation. Our goal is to help develop the soil, not deplete it. We move the cows to fresh grass every few days during the growing season. During the winter they are kept in a dry lot with hay to allow the land proper rest. During milking, Maggie is given a few pounds of grain to aid in production and to maintain an ideal body condition score. Her grain currently includes corn and soy products. We are working to find a better feed source that is free of those ingredients. We will update when we are able to make the switch.

We don’t just yet, but that project is in the works. Soon we hope to have a stand set up for easy on farm pick-up. Currently pick-up is by appointment only.

We currently accept cash, Venmo, and Cashapp.

We love dogs, but unfortunately we do not allow pets on the farm due to health and safety concerns.
